The sound of bells chimed through the willows, a soft song as the wolf who wore them danced around the trunks of the trees. A peel of soft laughter left her lips, although she didn't generally like to be alone, she was having a grand time. Weaving between the trees she hummed softly to herself, head bobbing to and fro to the beat. "A group of young soldiers one night in a camp, were talking of sweethearts they had. All would be glad except one Irish lad, who looked very down hearted and sad," she sang, an old Irish song she had picked up on the road. Her tail swung behind her as she sang, more bells ringing out to join her sweet voice. "I say won't you join us said one of the boys, surely you love someone too. He lifted his head and proudly he said, yes I'm in love with two. One has hair of silver grey, the other has hair of gold, one is young and beautiful, the other is bent and old. Those are the two that are dear to me, from them I never will part, for one is my mother, God bless her I love her, and the other is my sweet heart." Jaelle shifted from paw to paw as she danced, until at last she grew tired. Flopping on her rump, she panted a touch, looking around at the landscape around her. It was then that she saw the stranger who was leaning back against the tree trunk. Her blue and brown eyes inspected him, ears pulling back slightly as she grew more wary. Oh dear, did he hear her song? Slouching low to the ground she tried to disappear into the grass, but her gray body kind of made her stand out. The woman hoped that he hadn't seen her, and that she would be able to slink away. But with the sound of her bells, she doubted it. Still, a girl could dream!

Unless otherwise stated, Giet (Goat the stoat) is always with Jaelle. He is grumpy and mean, and may not always say nice things.
