Returning to the first page

Hymn had decided to give the russet man a few days of rest, no doubt he’d could use it. Still Hymn was loath to be so far away from his mothers now that they were so easily within his grasp. Ara had spoken of never wanting him to be so far away again and it was a sentiment he shared with her. So it was he had finally made the choice to join them in their home.

It was of course more than just that for the monochromatic man, he had grown up in these lands. He and Psalm had played among the roots of the mangroves and lounged in and around the springs; and gods above did Hymn miss his twin, anything that would remind him of the bond they shared was alright by him.

Standing at the edges of the pack lands he tipped his head back, deep voice calling for not just someone who could allow him to once more join the fold but also for his family, they should know he was coming home.
