”Showing up the girls already, I see....” Gabriel beamed up at Mithras before attempting to reassuringly bump his brother's shoulder again. See? he wanted to say to him, We're doing good. It was a good start, wasn't it? Already Mithras seemed to be happier with them than mom had ever been. It might just work out this time. Soon the meeting got underway and while it all felt very important it didn't yet pertain to him so he simply sat there quietly and listened, half wondering where exactly the aforementioned girls were. He assumed families were fluid, constantly changing things so part of him was a little worried for them. What if they didn't do well and Mithras sent them away?
