paws squished softly in the mud as it covered what was left on the white on the bottom of his pads. Every so often an ear would swivel to take in the sounds of the swampland. The man inhaled deeply taking in the muggy air before wrinkling his nose. This wasn't the preferred place to be, but it seemed necessary to travel it at least once. At least to get to his intended destination. Wherever that was.

It seemed a tedious process, placing one paw down before the other at a snails pace. He had no intentions of letting the muck grab a hold of his thick bodice just to suck him down under. Once captured by it there was hardly any hope of return. Get pulled down until your head was underneath you'd be suffocated and your remains would probably never be found, preserved under layers upon layers of oozing brown muck.

The scent of another made itself known through the muck and the grime and the scent of decaying organisms. Nostrils expanded as he took in the feminine scent and ears flicked forward trying to catch any sounds of her. His hulking form moved forward towards where her scent emanated and soon he found her. He stopped, head high, tail relaxed and studied her for a moment. She seemed to have all of the feminine curves that all females seemed to desire, and her coat seemed to be more earthen tones, even more so than his own chocolate form. Pale green eyes topped it all off. The complete opposite of his own.

He remained silent before it hit him. Didn't most wolves find this awkward? What did they call it? Etiquette? Something about it being proper to introduce oneself. Regardless of that, he was already failing.

"Sasori Nara."

The Greek accent rolled freely from his tongue, yet was not enough to effect his words. He'd gotten quite good at english and could easily switch between the two. He doubted many understood his language though. It seemed as though Greek would not be used on this island.
