Driftwood Heart

A voice and a soft touch startled him. He was surprised to see Bass, and he was so wrapped up in his thoughts he hadn't even been paying attention to his approach. Dart would smile, chuckling at Bass' comment as he aimed to swipe a paw at his friends muzzle. "Oh c'mon, you know my skills are better then that! Fishing in this river would be like trying to swipe a bird out of the air!"

He sat up as, his tail curling around his body as he stared up at his friend. It had been a while since they talked, but alot had been happening in between. Finch had been hurt, trainings, and everything else in between. He was sure that as alpha, Bass was pretty busy. Still, he needed his friend. It was why he came back. "How've you been? I know we live in the same places but, I hardly see you around. Course, I'm not one to talk either.." He sighed at that thought. Honestly, he had been kinda taking trips outside the pack lands to maybe find someone like him. But all he found were...wolves, wolves, and more wolves.
