Just because Hymn was in a pack now didn’t mean he was going to stop his exploration, it just meant he had a place to go home at night. Which he was more than okay with, especially since it meant he was living with his mothers again, well one of them anyways. Novel was off visiting her family in their old pack but he was more than happy to keep Ara company while his birth mother was gone.
That’s what moved large black paws through the eastern area of the continent. He was fairly certain he had never been here before but then he had also been gone from these lands so long; had he maybe been here with Psalm before? Shrugging the idea from his mind, he allowed his paws to carry him up the slope, brushing through the flowers.
He was warned of the sudden drop off of the cliff when he saw another form, her tiny frame precariously close to the edge. Oh. He thought to himself, he had been here before in fact. Slowly he approached the small wolf, taking advantage of her turned back to look her over. She was smaller than him, but still larger than his birth mother. Nothing all that unusual for the boy really but he couldn’t stop the slight fluttering in his stomach. She was pretty.
"It’s peaceful isn’t it?" He asked, softly, just loud enough that she should be able to hear him. He stood behind her, not willing to break into her personal space and disturb the image before him.
"Speech"
