Are You Serious?

It was so dreary - even though it wasn't raining, it was still cloudy out, still gloomy. Rolling on her side, she flopped her head back flat against the ground, peering cross-eyed at grass. Nope, all cares were gone. Boredom had taken over. Still crosseyed at a particular long piece of grass, the woman poked out a tongue, trying to lick the grass upside-down when pawsteps suspiciously close to her ears startled her. Starting in surprise, she flailed, head snapping up and writhing until her body was completely laying upright - to spot a Bass flopping beside her. A sheepish grin formed on her face, ears pinning back in embarrassment. "Hey, Bass," she greeted, and before she realized it, she giggled softly as well. Ears flattening even further at that, she let out a groan and flopped over again, this time against Bass if he let her. "Bass, I'm old now. I'm four. What the hell? I dun wanna be old." Yep, she was whining. Yep, she had absolutely no problem with it. Huffing softly, she tipped her head against his shoulder. Ew, old. |
