It was a lovely morning, indeed. In a way, the draping boughs of the willow trees reminded him of limbs, stretching down from the sky to touch the earth. The silence settled lightly between them, far from uncomfortable, and he let Locha become engrossed in her thoughts for a long moment. Feeling quite serene today, he had no intention of ruining her own peace, though he couldn't deny he wondered what was going on inside her head at the moment.
"Likewise, he'd echo with a grin, his head tilting in curiosity as he turned to gaze at her once again. "I have no real home," Aki would admit this fact about himself with ease. There was no hint of sadness in his voice at his declaration. He was accustomed to being a rogue, and if he did ever find himself confined to a certain area, he was certain beyond a doubt that he would be miserable. "I travel where I wish. I am more familiar with the northern lands, though," he commented idly, for sake of conversation. "What about you?"
