Charrie design contest!!

Hello everyone and welcome to my spectacular charrie design extravaganza!!

Basically I need a new charrie. Something bubbly and sweet and colorful. I need color in my life.

So your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to design me a character that is colorful. Not rainbow, mind you, but colorful. I normally like a white or black base but if you can make another base color work go for it.

The only rule is if I choose your design I own it. I can adjust it and what not. I give you my solemn vow I will not sell it, but it'll be mine.

The winner will earn a nice 800 gems!! Cause I think that's all I have.
