Just Before

She smiled when he brought up her culture, although there was a touch of sadness in her features. It would be nice to share the stories of her past, she really did love to tell them. "I'll take you up on that, I am an excellent story teller," she said softly. Her tail swung behind her slowly, her bells chiming at the movement. She was really excited for him to teach her another language though, it was an addiction she had not been able to feed for quite some time. There was no one else here that she had run into who spoke something different, only a few to broaden her understanding of French and Italian. Although she could fully understand them, speaking was another thing.

He stood up, and Jaelle remained seated. He commented about having to go off, and she nodded her head. Picking up her front left paw she waved him off, metal clashing on metal as her bell bangles moved about. "Go off and do your big alpha things. Although I might need a run down on what is the norm around here, or for any pack. It's not really something I bothered to store in this big ol' head of mine." Jaelle said with a grin. She waited at the mouth of the den for him to leave, enjoying the bit of fresh air. Lowering herself to her belly, she rested her monotone head on her front legs.
