Leo was always happy to hear from his nephew. When he heard Riv's call he smiled and was quick to turn to trot toward their shared border. It really was a relief to have his nephew's pack be so close to his own, mostly for his own peace of mind. He liked knowing that if anything were to happen to either of them he'd be able to reach Riv quickly. He spotted the fellow alpha's larger form easily in the distance and he gave Riv a cheerful bark in greeting, his tail wagging gently behind him. "Riv!" he called happily as he drew closer, grinning and slowing to a stop across from him. "It's so good to see you again. I've been meaning to come talk with you, but it seems you beat me to it!" He chuckled softly and settled on his haunches, adding, "So what news do I have to credit for bringing my nephew to the border today?" |
