This is the first time an issue with coding has ever come up and not have been able to be read on our phone. It will not be added to the guidebook because it's such a situational thing, I don't know what type of coding you used but this is the first time I have ever been not able to see a profile on my phone. Ever. Unless we disable profile coding, which we won't do for just one member wanting to display code. As a rule of thumb I generally don't add coding to my profiles until AFTER they are accepted as I like to use hover codes, which not all phones are friendly with.
