This next call wouldn't bother him as much as the others had. He'd spoken to a few more wolves in Ivalice since the last meeting, and he felt like less of a stranger here than he had before. Still, he didn't approach the group as quickly as most. He'd been further away from packlands than the rest, it seemed, for when he arrived.. he quickly learned that he was very likely the last one here.
But he had arrived and he wasn't late. That was enough for him. His crimson gaze found Esarosa quickly, though he hadn't expected her here, and he'd move to her side without hesitation. He belonged there, and he felt far more comfortable as he settled to his haunches beside her and pressed his shoulder against her own. Confusion filled his eyes as he turned to nudge her, tenderly as he spoke. "You're not fighting, right?" he'd ask softly under his breath, concern audible in his voice. He didn't know if it was possible she was pregnant yet, but the very thought of that mixed with fighting was absolutely terrifying to him.
