Bass Destruction

It would seem that this wouldn't be a meeting of kind words and the often asked 'how are you?' Instead, the blue toned man asked if he could be let go from the pack. Bass blinked his eyes, falling heavily on his rump. This seemed to come out of no where, after all, Qualm had come back here after he had wandered off and gotten lost. He nodded his head slowly, his tongue raking across his lips as he thought. "I won't keep you here if this is not where you want to be. Have you spoken to your sister about this?" he asked, remembering his conversation with Kakashi and how he had told him that the girl was quite depressed. Her brother leaving her would most likely not enhance her mood. He bore no ill will towards the growing boy, if he didn't feel at home here, who was he to force him to stay? It would only make him miserable, and hide even further from any responsibility he might hold. "If I may ask, do you plan on going somewhere else?" The Primo asked, a single brow raising. He knew that there had been two packs that had rose up lately, one from a woman who he didn't know, and another from Karabela. He didn't blame the girl for not wanting to wait to hear back from him, with the fall of Yfir there was more than enough room for another pack to start up. While he was sad that he had offered her something only to have it fall through, he was proud of her for stepping up and just doing what she wanted to do, hanging on no one's words. Waiting on what ifs and buts would not be the most reassuring thing. Plus, Bass was curious if another pack had caught Qualm's eye.
