Loose threads

Leo gave Quelt a friendly smile as the male turned toward him with a greeting, Leo's tail wagging slowly behind him. Quelt seemed a bit distracted and that was only confirmed when he mentioned that he had been distracted. Leo nodded in understanding and said, "Not to worry. I know how that can be. I've been meaning to get over here to talk to you for a while myself." He chuckled softly and settled on his haunches across from the larger male and asked, "What's on your mind that's got you do distracted, hm?" He couldn't help but wonder if it had anything to do with him and Bright Moon since he had seen the two of them sitting together at the last pack meeting. He wouldn't jump to any conclusions though, instead letting Quelt speak for himself.
