He nodded as he listened to her tell a little bit of who her sister was, that she'd been adopted into the Adravendi family. It had been so long since he'd seen his own family, he felt a little disconnected from what she might really be going through with that loss. But somehow he knew it must have been painful, yet it must be somewhat easier if she hadn't been too close to her sister. Besides, he'd help her think about something else, distract her from any other thoughts. He chuckled as she brushed up against him, her voice reaching his ears as she agreed willingly to be distracted. He raised his brows with a smirk on his face as she imposed a slight condition - she wanted to be kept around for a while. Well, considering his plans, he could certainly make that happen.

"Well, you know, it won't be long before I become the ruler to my own kingdom," he mentioned as they wandered deeper into the tunnels together, "I'll have my own claimed territory to provide you a home, and give you anything you need." So, he didn't really know her at all, but if he was going to have fun with her today, he wasn't afraid, he wouldn't run away from what might result from this encounter. He wasn't exactly looking for love, but he wouldn't leave her own her own.

Minutes passed and they came to a shallow pool, the rhythmic drip-drop of mineral-filled water trickled from the stalactites pointing down from the cave ceiling. Xephyris slowly brushed away from Limno's side, flicking his long tail against her shoulder as he approached the water. He dipped his head to lap at the water's tangy surface, stepping forward to cool the pads of his paws, then glanced back to see if Limno was joining him.
