“I did not mean it that way” The dark she-wolf was finally able to see who the other female’s face. Her face, white as the rest of her body, only have black markings that stretched out across her eyes. It was simple, yet elegant she noticed. “It is a beautiful night, either way. Not the best time to jump even if you wanted to do it.” Her gaze tore away from the female to look at the sky above her. The stars shined brightly, a captivating sight she learned to love since her arrival to the land.
The white she-wolf introduced herself, making Reina’s gaze return to her. She blinked, her golden orbs watching the other woman carefully as she said nothing in return. “A purpose.” She finally said. Her answer was simple, yet vague, so she further explained herself. “I travel far and wide, in search of something or someone that will give me a purpose in this land. I have yet to find it of course. The wind still guides me wherever it wishes, and as a dutiful soldier, I follow it.”
There was a pause before she finally said, “I am Reina Ives, a foreigner to this land.” If the white she-wolf known as Mercy were kind enough to introduce herself, it would have been rude of Reina not to do the same. “What brings you up here as well? You seemed troubled in your thoughts.” It was a curious question, her watchful eyes locked on to Mercy, waiting for whatever answer or comments she might have.
