Through-out the story that Liar was revealing, Vadim's eyes would widen at a few different instances. The first one scared him, his grandfather had been.. murdered? He tried to imagine what it would have been like if Liar was murdered and his ears folded.. had.. had that been what happened to mom? Did they really know what happened to her at all?
