Lost. His dumb ass had gotten himself lost because he just had to go after that stupid rabbit. Could he be blamed though? Probably. But with prey being so scarce around here, he felt like he had no choice but to try and find as much prey as he could. No matter how scrappy and bony they were. This rabbit wasn't any better than the other prey he had come across, but beggars couldn't be choosers now could they? Green eyes faintly glowed in the darkness as he tried to nose his way around. He walked slowly, carefully so he wouldn't tumble somewhere into the pits of hell. He had lost the rabbit trail, the pressing darkness and damp scents of the cave setting him a little on edge.
How the hell had he even managed to go this far? He guessed that he was so focused on trying to grab that rabbit that he wasn't paying attention to his surroundings, and now he regretted it. Of all the few times he was actually focusing on something, he got himself into an unwanted predicament. Oh well...he supposed he ought to try and find a way out... |
