Out of the mouth of babes

Quelt had been relaxing himself on his own when he heard Amalia's call. For some reason, he was a bit puzzled but he did suppose it wasn't unusual for a healer to call upon a wolf. Why him though, was he sick and not knowing that? Regardless he would rise up and shake off any dirt before he headed towards the call. Standing outside of the den the scarred man poked his head in a little.

"H-hello?" he called a bit nervously. It had been a long time since he tried to socialize. Not since all of Leo's pups on him, not since epiphron either. The male would be patient flicking his tail nervously as he swallowed his own words. How did he talk again?
