For a while Saffron didn't respond to her sister's prodding, stirring only slightly, groaning and turning over as she tried to keep sleeping. A dark-hued ear flicked as she heard Memphis' hissing attempt to wake her, yet she was still in a dream-like state. It didn't quite sound real to her, so she thought it was merely part of a dream. When her sister finally spoke, her eyes would peel open at last, silver eyes specked with emerald glancing around until she recognized her surroundings and focused her vision on a face she loved most dearly. She smiled at Memphis, her body twisted and lounging from her comfortable sleep. Giggling, she rolled over and got to her paws, yawning lazily. "You wants t' do somefing?" she asked sleepily, trying to blink away the tired feeling. She wanted to wake up and be ready for the day. Daddy was already gone for the day, so they'd have to amuse themselves. "Guess we starts by goin' outside! she suggested, looking to the den's entrance where the light was filtering in. She wondered how long the sun had been up. Her sister was very patient waiting for her like this. Wagging her tail, she began to toddle toward the entrance, wondering what awaited them today.
