How was she so calm and brave? He admired her for it and yet he couldn't find it within himself to display the same amount of courage. She just grinned at him brazenly and she appeared so nonchalant despite how eerie and creepy this place was. He wanted nothing more than to leave and yet he wasn't going to risk the possibility of missing any clues of her family. He wanted to find them for her sake. He was still unbelievably mad at them, but that could all be sorted out later. So he put on a brave face and tried his best to will himself forward. Relief flooded through him when Ray noticed the fog. He nodded absentmindedly as he looked around. It really was pretty foggy and everything was dark and damp. They would definitely miss things with such bad lighting. He wasn't happy about the thought of coming back another day, but so long as it wasn't today he supposed he could deal with it. So he nodded and padded after her back the way they came from. "Where should we look next?" Hopefully somewhere less creepy. He thought to himself.
