Quelt hated to admit that it was nice to talk to someone who wasn't entirely judging him. He knew his past was filled with mistakes - but looking past those he had trouble seeing that he was any good at times. For those reasons and his distrust of others he tended to avoid interaction simply because it vexed him. Quelt pulled back after the fact, a little more relaxed now. His muscles visible unwinding as she explained she could take away some of the aching in his scars. Which in his life time would be a relief. His eye would remain as such but it was only when it got cloudy that the blind eye particularly bothered the man.
"Thank you, I'm sorry I'm such dreary company." the male said with a dip of his head towards her. The man tried to think of something else to say - as such Gentle Night had caused this interaction so he slightly wondered what the pup had said about him. "What did Night say that made you call for me? I'm not used to others... actually seeking out myself." he blinked for a moment. |
