It didn't matter how lack of an interaction they had. Amachi had been proud to have been assigned his mentor. That day was probably one of the best in her life - but now it also suddenly felt like her happiness was being thrown back at her. Of course she couldn't help what Dragon felt, but her anxieties threw her off once more as he spoke and she stopped her head turning towards him in a much more sullen matter. Only for a second though, she couldn't have the boy thinking something was wrong. Amachi knew there wasn't much she could do about her emotions, it was stupid.
"Fight practice mostly, other than that.... avoiding being depressed I guess." her eyes fell to the ground. Shit, she wasn't supposed to say that. "What about you?" she tried to switch the conversation around. Turning around she sat down on her rump and curled her tail around her haunches. She'd had years of training with stalking - no matter if she stood out she had found ways to trick animals in security so she could hunt them. But she let that thought slide. |
