Watch your soul shine through
They had finally been assigned mentors, and training would start soon. The thing was, she didn't know what exactly she wanted to do. She was torn between being a healer, a hunter, or a fighter...though the latter she was very unsure of. She had the bulk to do it, but did she want to? She wanted to be able to help defend her home. Her family when it came down to it. But was she capable of that? Sighing, she wished she had the guts to seek advice from her mom or her...no. She shook her head. Her father was gone, there was no asking him for advice now, was there? She didn't know what happened to wolves after they passed away except feed the earth with their bodies. Pretend that everything was okay. After all, it was a part of life, right? It wasn't like he had died a horrible death...he went peacefully...or so she hoped. Her and Charm hadn't spent much time together lately...in fact, she didn't think they really did since their dad died. She felt awful now that she thought about it...was she okay? She never did bother to ask that question. And she suddenly felt pretty selfish that she had only thought about herself and how she had felt about it all. Feeling guilty now, Okami wandered closer to her sister, her paws padding softly on the ground. "Hey Charm...how are you?" It was an awkward attempt at a greeting, but she wasn't sure how to start off after having realized she'd been neglecting her... "Speak" |
