Mama Said Knock You Out

The one nice thing about living in the western region of Boreas was that the snow melted a lot faster than if they lived in one of the more northern regions. Lirim's lands were still muddy from all the snow melt, but everything was already greening up. She'd scouted out the dancefloor and was already pleased to see that the herds that would inevitably come would have a good place to graze. So long as they didn't have a drought like last summer then she had high hopes that the pack would thrive this year. So far it felt like an amazing start. She'd picked this morning to spend some time with her family. Ever since she'd started Lirim she'd found that she hadn't had the chance to be with them like when they'd first been born. She missed the feeling and soon they'd begin learning all the skills the needed to be successful as adults. She wanted to start them off with hunting. She hadn't had the chance to talk with Zell yet, but there was plenty of time for that later. She was sure he'd have the chance to spend more one on one time with them than she would. She padded towards the river where there'd be plenty of mud. The bank would provide a nice area for them to learn how to track. It'd be an easy start for them to learn paw print shapes and maybe even learn the scents of different animals if any were fresh. Her head raised to the sky and she let out a short howl for her children and Zell as well if he wanted to come as well. After all he had a right to their kids' first hunting lesson.
