Herb Hunting: Motherwort

She had gotten well enough and enough courage to be out and about again and she needed to begin gathering. She still didn't feel real comfortable leaving the pack lands yet, but she could start by gathering here at home. Once she gathered the different plants here that it would give her plenty of time to build her confidence to travel out of the pack lands. Right now she was taking baby steps. After what had happened in the winter it would take a little time for her to get over it. She moved slowly through the thicket, nose to the ground as she searched for the one herb she was looking to gather today. She was looking for Motherwort which had several uses and was good to keep in stock especially for the females when they came into heat.

She let her nose lead her around searching for the scent of the plant. Since loosing her sight, the silver women had to learn to identify plants by their scent. She was vary good at telling them apart to, but it took her a lot longer to find them.
