Carletta was glad that the other wolf had happened by when he did. She had been attempting to hunt, to try and better herself instead of lounging as she preferred to do… and what did she get for it? A paw caught under a root and a twisted muscle. She had been leaning on Vitus as she limped the rest of the way to the meeting, grateful for the aid, though she was pushing herself to hurry since they were already running late. Thus she was breathing hard, though she might have also been fighting off some minor infection that she caught as the seasons changed.
Blue eyes shifted towards the pack as all came into view. She had caught on to why everyone seemed so sad lately. It was evident in the forms she saw being buried. Pack members… She let out a soft sigh, tipping her head gratefully to Vitus as he helped her get to a seated position by the edge of the meeting. The companion of the other wolf lingered near her, though the femme was sure she’d be better trying to get the attention of the healer when all of this was said and done. It would be better to see what could be done now rather than wait for it to get worse, right? |
