The smallest of the litter was an observant one, she tended to stay out of the way of the others, but curiously watched everyone. She was itching to explore the world around her, but also liked to stick close to her family. Today was no different, she wanted to go out of the den and see the world around her, but she didn't want to walk away from her cosy family alone. So when she saw Derecho sneaking out the small pup was close behind. She was quiet until they were out of the den, not wanting her mother to discover that they had snuck out.
Her gold eyes were wide and bright as she took in the sights around them, her scrawny tail wriggling in delight. The sun warmed her fur making her feel more alive then she did in the dark den. She looked over to her sister and grinned.
"Wanna xplore?" she asked excitedly.
