How wicked these, How wicked these hours Pyralis didn't believe the woman's claim but she let it slide. The rougher terrain hadn't really been the point, sooner or later the other would burn herself out trying to patrol the whole territory solo. It was just common sense but then Pyre supposed she'd never really tried such a feet so she could not know for certain but she preferred an indentured crew for that sort of leg work. At the mention of solitude Pyralis would stifle a chuckle with a snort. Oops! Naughty girl Pyre, going around and disturbing the old folks peace and silence. For shame! She nodded lightly at the woman's words. "Very well, but don't expect me to slow down for you." With that she eyed the footholds to her left. It was a steeper path but that suited her fine. She leapt. Front paws striking foothold to foothold in something that was more of a controlled fall back onto the flatter terrain of the field. She moved swiftly and rapidly, keeping alert to the other woman's movements though an attack at this sort of breakneck descent would be foolish. Shaking her coat out she moved away from the glacier and eyed the other woman to see how she fared on her way down. It wouldn't do to lose her escort so soon. |
Please note that Pyralis is a ghost. It is up to you to decide what level your chars can see/hear her. She was killed by having her throat ripped apart. At times the wound may be visible and be actively bleeding.
