Dissappointment

He slipped away from the pack needing a little bit of a break. He was feeling frustrated after his latest attempt at a pack hunt. There was only two that showed up not giving him enough to go for larger game that would feed the pack. One of them had just been a pup, which he was happy to see her enthusiasm, but without much experience she couldn't be much help. He was still trying to figure out this new rank of his and after that hunt he felt like he was failing. What else should he do?

To distract himself he had decided to go on a hunting trip, to scout new areas to hunt and maybe even find some other hunters to help him hone his skills. He didn't know what he would get into, but right now he just needed some space and to improve himself. It's the only thing he knew how to do. He hoped it would help because he really didn't want to fail his uncle and he wanted the pack to continue to thrive.
