How wicked these, How wicked these hours Pyralis grinned, mentally cheering as the girl caught the coyote's face. Seems the little scrap of a girl had some battle experience after all. The Abraxas wraith released the broken leg and shifted her grip to the coyotes throat. She pulled the coyote from Valdís jaws and then lay part way on top of it, using her forelegs and chest to pin the yowling creature down. The pups were back in the den but without a mother to protect them they'd be easy pickings and could be dealt with later. She turned back to Valdís. "Now then, see what we have here at our mercy? We could just do about anything to her or those pups. The pups, if we get them to crying can easily be used as bait for something bigger." |
Please note that Pyralis is a ghost. It is up to you to decide what level your chars can see/hear her. She was killed by having her throat ripped apart. At times the wound may be visible and be actively bleeding.
