Pounce!

Breasal laughed as Kai flopped onto her back and flailed after he had pounced on her. He bounced around her to poked at her sides with his forepaws and ducked his head out of the way to dodge her nipping at his ears. His tail wagged away behind him and he gave his sister a grin when she asked where he had been. "Explorin' of course!" he replied confidently as his chest puffed out. "And watchin' the deer! I wanna take one back to mom and dad, but they're so big!" He bounced back from her side so that he was out of her reach before he dropped down into a crouch with his tail wagging away in the air.

"What if both of us hunted it! Maybe we could do it together! What do you think?" There had to be a smaller one they could get, right? Maybe not one of the biggest ones with the antlers, but one that was smaller might be totally huntable. At least he thought so! He looked to his sister with hopeful curiosity to see if she was as ambitious as he was. He certainly hoped so!
