He narrowed his eyes, of course she was too dumb to come up with anything clever, not like he had. To Tyranis any shortcoming of his sisters was a victory to him, and he lived to elicit as many of his sister’s faults as he could, especially from Derecho. She could be the Rolling Thunder, he was something far greater; hotter than the sun and deadly, a force to strike fear into the hearts of lesser wolves. He was the Lightning Bolt.
He rose onto his back paws to meet her, his sister’s paws connecting with his chest, his own paws raised to come down on her, his back paws propelling him forward to use his weight against her. Even as clumsy as his form is, he was still bigger and heavier than his siblings, and unlike his sister he has every intention of hurting her. He had been careful in choosing when he would strike, and had waited until they were far enough from the den that their mother wouldn’t hear their exchanges or any shrill yelps they might elicit, but if she screamed that would be another matter entirely.
