It was finally cooling off marking the end to Corentine's first summer and she was glad about it. With most of her coat being black the summer sun was hot and made the pup uncomfortable. So she fallowed her mother in staying to the shade and staying near the cool water sources. Now that it was cooler the girl could go back to exploring the pack lands and finding cool new things to learn about. Most importantly to get to know more pack members. She had already met Bass and a few weeks ago met a new pack member named Brandr.
Today she was back to running through the grasses, looking for something interesting. She had passed several small creatures already, ones she had already seen before. She was on the lookout for something new, something she hadn't seen before. That was when her eyes fell on a large doe and her spring fawn off in the distance. Her tail wagged, but she flopped back onto her rump not approaching the two much larger creatures. Her gold eyes watched them curiously wondering what they were doing.
