There always seemed to be a lot of things on her mind lately which was starting to feel like a normal thing. Her mind hadn't calmed down since her pregnancy and it'd only escalated from there. Children, the death of her mother, Regulus coming home, her own pack, not knowing what had happened to Ritsy, and now Jewell, a pup who she couldn't even properly speak to. It'd been one thing after another so of course her mind was always occupied. At the present moment her main concern was for the pup who didn't seem to have any family - she'd taken her in like one of her own for now. She imagined that if anyone would claim the pup as theirs they would have done so by now and she couldn't remember any brilliantly marked wolves around except for Liar's mate at the challenge and Jewell certainly hadn't smelled like that woman.

The fact that the young wolf couldn't speak english worried her. It meant Faite would have to keep an eye on her more-so than her other children simply because she wouldn't understand the rules. Her main concern was for the fact no wolves under the age of one were allowed to leave pack lands unaccompanied. All it would take was Jewell crossing over the territory line and she'd be at the mercy of any loner who happened to walk by. At least within the borders she had a reasonable chance of not being bothered. After all, who would want to take on an entire pack?

She trailed after the young pup from a distance and followed her scent easily enough. She didn't want to impose on her privacy, if that's what she desired, but she wasn't about to let her go unsupervised either. It probably seemed a bit stalker-ish but Faite merely wanted to look out for Jewell's best interests. So she was content to be a stalker and as it turned out she was glad she did. The scent of a loner accompanied by the rainbow pup's scent wafted towards her on a breeze and Faite's pace quickened. She reached the pair, Jewell hiding somewhere out of sight in the grass, and the male outside of the territory in plain view. She approached with her tail high and yet she let her demeanor remain calm. There was no point in assuming the worst quite yet - she'd be friendly for now.

"Greetings. What brings you to Lirim's borders?"
