Lark hadn’t spent time with his sister in awhile. Truthfully, though, he hadn’t been spending much time with anyone other than himself lately. He hadn’t realized she had been trailing after him either, his attention captured by his wandering thoughts as he navigated through the thicket. Only when her voice reached his ears did he notice her presence. Initially he was a bit startled, and swung around quickly to find her - but his surprise quickly gave way to an easy smile as he gazed fondly at his sister.
She stood on a rock nearby, searching for him it seemed. A chuckle fell from his lips as he found her standing above the thick grasses, and he let out a gentle bark to alert her to his presence. His expression was bright as he padded in her direction, his front legs landing on the rock and elevating his upper half. Leaning up to her, he attempted to gentle nuzzle the fur of her chest - barely reaching her. ”You called for me, sister?” He asked, his grin growing a bit. He was quite glad that he’d gotten to know more Italian - he’d found it a bit dull when he was much younger, but sharing something unique with his siblings and his father pleased him greatly now. He had grown accustomed now to switching between the two languages without realizing it. ”How’s the day treating you?”
