One giant leap

Anxiety was racing down her limbs though Lydia did her best to control it.  Being caught near the pup by the little one's parents could be disastrous.  Though she could fight well enough if she was out-numbered she was doomed and she had no idea if the pack near the moor was friendly or if they'd attack her on sight.  Lydia followed the girls gesture as she stated that her parents were over in Celestial.  Ah, as she suspected, the near by pack.  So it was called Celestial?

She turned her focus back on the girl as she asked what the plant was that she was looking at.  Lydia nodded and moved forward cautiously.  "Yes, it's called lavender.  Are you training to be a healer?" She grinned softly, starting to feel more at ease.  She could remember her own days when she was very small, going out with her mother to gather plants. "Bless you!" Lydia added as the girl sneezed.  She was quite precious.  "My name is Lydia, what's yours?"
