Despite this whole absolutely crazy situation, Lillianna couldn't help the genuine smile that quirked her lips at seeing a sleep-ruffled Lark emerge from the den, sort of. Affection lit in her eyes, and she happily scooted forward a bit to greet him with a nuzzle. "Always sleeping, huh?" she teased gently, unable to resist the slight poke. It was just... something that made her smile, even when everything seemed to be going to hell.

The thought made the smile drop off her face abruptly as she sat back and now regarded Lark with an expression that said she was only partially holding it together and that she was actually really, really freaked out. "It's Sparrow," she finally said after a few moments. "I... I saw her by my den, and when she saw me, she froze and started running away from me. I chased her. She wouldn't stop running; she said stop chasing her and she'll stop running so I uh, leaped over her and landed in front of her. She immediately acted like I was going to attack her, when all I did was ask what was going on? And then she started lying."

Lillianna paused, unease flashing through her eyes. "I called her out on it. That she was lying, that her reactions to me were... confusing, because I don't understand, but she refused to answer me. She either said that she was small and supposed to run in fear from every wolf that she saw or didn't say anything at all. When I sat down, she literally snarled at me and looked like she was about to attack me. For sitting down." The words came in a rush, and her tone showed just how much she was confused and uncertain.

"I know she doesn't like me, Lark, but what have I done to cause her to run away in fear from me? What have I done to make her think that I'd kill her? Because that's how she was acting. And then, all of sudden, she became super aggressive when I'd said I'd go to Bass or someone to try and figure out what was going on. She actually scared me, because she seemed like she was going to attack me - and then she grew aggressive. And she just started laughing. Maniacally. No words, just laughter, and she was half smiling but the other side of her mouth was alternating between frowning and just flat. And then she said something about me explaining myself to people. I don't get it, and it honestly scares me." Lillianna paused, and then coped with the situation in the manner she knew best: humor.

"Your sister may be a deranged munchkin, but she's a mildly scary one and I don't know what to do, what's going on, and I'm not able to get answers. Do you know what's going on?" Desperation glittered in her eyes as she looked up at Lark, her story having flattened her ears to her head. She may have added some humor to the situation, but there was no denying how she really felt, let alone to someone whom she was so open and exposed to.
