Uvall's tongue swiped over his lips as he pushed himself to his paws and stepped away from the remnants of the fish he had been eating. He couldn't say that sea creatures were his favorite meal, but they seemed fairly plentiful around these parts and a man of opportunity he was. His large paws carried him along the beach for a while, padding around the tidepools and avoiding the larger rocks. He hadn't seen his father or littermates in a while, but he was feeling a bit better after running into his aunts and cousins. Seeing the pups did get him thinking about the future and the future of his family. He finally passed his second birthday and now... Now he had to think about how he was going to make an impact on his family's future. A scent caught his attention and he lifted his gaze, his blue eyes landing on the chocolate-marked, ivory woman ahead of him that seemed to be incredibly enthralled with whatever was in the pool in front of her. He paused for a moment, enjoying this second before she realized he was there to enjoy how lovely she was. He moved closer, letting his gaze drift down to the tide pool at her feet before she could look up to see him staring. "You must have found something quite interesting," he said with a slight smirk as he stopped beside her. He glanced up at her from the corner of his eye, hopefully catching her golden gaze. |
