She uncurled herself with a huff, laying flat out in the floor of her den. She sighed not wanting to move from her den, not wanting to go out into the cold. Although something felt different, she knew it had been slowly warming up, but today felt much different. Her ears picked up the sounds of bird chattering which she hadn't heard since before they traveled south. It even smelled different pushing the women to her paws and crawl from her den. There was a nice breeze and it was comfortable outside giving away that spring was finally here. The women grinned, her tail wagging in happiness. She was glad for the winter to be over and hoped that this spring would bring lots of new life and happiness to the pack.
Standing up she trotted off ready to get started tracking prey. The herds would be back in full swing and hopefully lots of new life in the herds it made her excited to get another hunt going, some small hunts or another big one. She would be happy either way, but she wanted to get her butt back in gear. She wanted to work on getting closer to some of her pack members and to form better relationships. She trotted away from the den and headed towards the plains looking to get her day started.
