It seemed that a compliment would easily slip from Alarik’s maw and Faine at first didn’t know how to react. Mainly because brutes weren't so open like that so she hadn’t gotten compliments often, not that she went around fishing for them anyways. She flattened her ears and looked away, chuckling softly, “Thank you,” she said. Well at least he was nice, Faine probably could’ve run into somebody much worse. The younger man then went on to talk about how he didn’t want to experience a famine or a drought, mainly because desperate wolves did terrible things. She flicked her tail, her mind immediately going to the raid that was going to commence any time now that spring had fallen upon the lands.
