Pyralis smirked and chuckled. "Oh, I've heard of it. Just not often I see a grown man doing it." She'd never seen anyone near her age just randomly play for the sake of playing and it made her wonder if there was something wrong with this particular male or if it was just a personality quirk.

"I have never seen anything like this. I thought it might be the work of spirits." She reached out a paw and lazily stirred the water, lifting it up to see if any of the glow would stick to her. "I also thought it might burn you if you touched it but apparently that isn't the case." Reaching out her tongue she licked at her paw and wrinkled her nose. "Personally, I think it tastes kind of funny."

The man rambled on stating that he thought he might glow to if he ate them. "No thanks, I think I'll pass on eating them but if you don't mind I'll join you for a swim." Carefully, she moved into the water, trying to note any odd sensations or any burning but everything felt like regular water. "Nice to meet you, I'm Pyralis Abraxas. I wonder if there are any fish nearby or if this stuff kills them."
