Winter had finally disappeared and spring had taken over. With spring came beautiful weather and herb hunting. Looking for herbs was something Storm loved to do and it gave her a chance to travel out of the pack lands and to meet some new faces. This year was extra special because she would be able to include her children who would help to be her eyes on these trips. She was looking forward to spending time with each of them individually. Up until this point she really hadn't had much individual time with each one, now they were bigger and she didn't have to have everyone along. She could take each one with her while the others stayed in pack borders.
Today was her first trip out and she had decided to start with her most adventurous child, Tyranis. She was hopeful that Ty would enjoy his time with her today, but only time would tell. Trotting forward her ears flicked around continuously keeping tabs of where Ty was as they moved into unmarked territory. She moved along with confidence and pride, proud to be able to take one of her beautiful children with her.
"I've been told that this territory has stunning color in the spring, What do you think Tyranis" her voice was gentle like always, her tail gently wagging to show her happiness.
They say the trees explode in into vivid pink color with large blossoms covering so many spots in the trees.
