Hmm so they were talking about him now? She was pleased he liked her garden analogy and she would have gone on to explain her family more, except she wasn't quite sure if he was ready to hear about their greatness. Instead she was happy to hear more about him instead. What kind of mortal was she dealing with? At least she didn't have to prod him for information. He was making her life a hell of a lot easier right now. There was no need for the manipulation and deceit - he was an open book to her now. Her head tilted to the side as he offered her advice. How odd - it'd been so long since she'd gotten advice and never from a mortal. Well talk about fucked up family life. It seemed as though he wasn't wrong about his opinion of his father. At least he'd been smart enough to not fall under his spell and rid himself of the man. The independence was something she liked in the mortal. It showed he had his own brain and was willing to use it as well as his muscles to get out of a situation he didn't like. Yes, it was so refreshing compared to the cowardly weaklings she'd seen. "Well you're right about one thing, your father was an idiot." She snorted. "My family would have executed any imbeciles such as him before they were given a chance to royally fuck up like that. We don't tolerate weakness." She said with a snort. Walk, "Talk" Think |
