Ashiel was warm and cozy snuggled up between his mothers thigh and Lydia's scruff and as usual he was deep in slumber. So deep he hadn't even felt his mother move. He was dreaming of climbing a mountain, the biggest mountain ever in the whole wide world and he was claiming it in the name of his family when Lydia moved suddenly and he woke. Barely. Ashiel grumbled. "Nuuuoooawww…" He proceeded to curl back up into a ball when a swift jerk on his tail from Lydia's jaws caused him to growl lightly. Why did momma always get up so early? Ashiel yawned and stumbled to his feet. "Do we haff to?"
