Fallowing the trail through the tall swaying grasses the blind women carried her body with grace. Ty and Corentine were her only children left and they were her world. With only a handful of wolves left in Abaven she felt she fully trusted things were crashing down around her, but she still had faith that Bass would return. She had faith that he would return with or without her missing children in tow, but she was unsure how her life would be if his daughter would take over the pack. With Vali in charge Storm would be able to remain in Abaven, in her current rank. Though she was uncertain what her fate would be of Sparrow would take over. So while she was doing her best to keep her herbs stocked, she also wanted to try harder to spend more time with her remaining two children.
To her knowledge they were the only blood family she had in these lands. She wasn't aware of her brother, of Stardust, of Clay, or of Zinnia were running around in the lands of Ardent. She also feared that her true chance of finding love and having more children was no longer an option, she was getting older and the window was closing for that. She quietly moved through the grass unaware that her son had found her before she could find him. The wind traveling in his favor He was able to smell her and fallow it to her. He had approached rather quietly. When his strong scent hit her she smiled and then his large form wrapped her in a warm embrace. Wrapping her head around and up she laid her head gently on his shoulder. Her tail waving back and forth behind her while a warm smile spread across her face.
