Ashiel was in terrible trouble. He'd gone off exploring and had some how managed to get himself lost in the twisting turns of the nearby woods. Now that they were getting older Pyralis was allowing them more freedom but the rule was to be home by dark. It was dark and he was definitely not home. He was furious with himself for even going out this far. Ashiel couldn't even remember why he was out here but he was pretty sure it was to prove something to Asharya so this was totally her fault! He slipped around a particularly knotted pine when he hear something moving… slowly in the dark. Turning all he saw was a pair of bright golden eyes before he was slammed down to the ground and the sound of a scream ripped from his throat.
