Etain and Kai could totally meet. I know she isn't allowed to really leave Celestial, but they could always meet at the border and he could try to convince her to hang out with him? He wouldn't bat an eye at her disability, so maybe that kind of acceptance helps her take a risk in hanging out with him? I think they could be good friends!
