How do you stay so strong?

Her body would jolt as a giant would walk past her, herself only a mear shadow of the man. But instead of fleeing she would perk her ears at the man as he hopped into the ship. Most wolves would have probably ran just from the sight of the brute, but instead she would be hot on his heels to jump into the metal maze after him. She would wait a couple seconds as he made a turn to keep following, and then another turn, and another. Only to keep at it until he stopped and chose to notice but if he didn't she would speak out at some point from behind him, regardless if he stopped or she took her turn, "Are we looking for gold?" A smirk on her face as if she had claimed the man as her friend already. Pretty desperate on her part and it was well noticeable. She refused to take the hint that the brute wanted to be alone and besides: she liked to be a nuisance anyway. She would tail after the guy wherever he went. She had nothing else to do after all. |
